Create meals and track Residents, Staff and Volunteers for and accurate count of meals in Empower Group Care. Creating and managing meals can’t be any simpler. Tracking meals can be accessed by staff who have permission set for Meals. Specific meals can also be assigned to staff members and/or groups.

Create Meals Type #

1. Sign in to Empower Group Care.
2. In the sitemap, select Meals.
3. Select Meals Type.
4. Add Title (Example: Breakfast).
5. Change Status to Active.
6. Select Create.
7. Repeat steps above to create all the Meal Types offered at your facility.

Create Meals Sub Type (optional) #

You can customize your meal set up using sub types if you prefer.

1. Sign in to Empower Group Care.
2. Select Meals.
3. Select Meals Sub Type
4. Add Title.
5. Change Status to Active.
6. Select Submit to save.
7. Repeat steps above to create all the Meal Types offered at your facility.

Update Age #

1. Select Meals from the sitemap.
2. Select Create Meals
3. Add Title (Example: Dinner)
4. Select the Meal Facility.
5. Select Meal Location (optional if meal facility is shared by locations)
6. Select Meal Room (optional)
