Sign in to Empower Group Care.
Once signed in, go to Logbook from side menu.
Select Create New button

Select your Facility (the facility is selected by default if you are only connected to one facility)

Select the template “Staff sign-in on shift”
In the title text box, type “your name”
Select Save button.

Sign out for your shift #

Sign in to Empower Group Care.
